There Is No Real Update Spoke with a Lochner consultant yesterday afternoon (Monday, 5/5/2014) as part of my quarterly touch point with the NCDOT on the Complete 540 project. The technical studies are in progress and the overall schedule remains much the same as has been publicized on the Complete 540 project website (http://www.ncdot.gov/complete540) and in the newsletters we received last Fall and this February.
As was mentioned in the Sunset Oaks HOA Annual Meeting last week (Wednesday, 2/5/2014), the NCDOT is working to have a newsletter printed and distributed to homes in the affected Triangle Expressway Southeast Extension area.
